The Roblox description for Spin a Catboy ends with a public invitation: scroll down to submit your own characters. That is rare for an incremental, and it is already real. The Freed Harriet badge description reads “This is a players cat submitted on discord :)” — a shipped community unit, not a maybe.

Use the in-game form first
The developer told you to scroll down in the experience. Load Spin a Catboy, wait for the Base, and scroll the shop or info UI until a submission prompt appears. Do not skip this for a random Google form you found on a Discord that is not Mugpugs.
Bring:
- A clear name. Harriet is one word and memorable.
- A simple look that reads at plot distance. Six-player servers will see it as a tiny model.
- Patience. Harriet’s badge was created on 25 August 2026, more than a month after the 14 July launch. Submissions are not next-day patches.
If the form asks for a Discord handle, that matches the Harriet badge text. Join through official social modules on the Mugpugs group if the experience points you there. We will not invent an invite code that we have not verified.
What a submission is not
It is not a Secret ticket. It is not a code. It is not a way to skip Eclipse 1/100. It will not auto-place on your Base. If your character ships, it enters the same pack economy as everyone else. You still open packs like a normal player.
It is not a copyright laundry. Do not submit a trace of a trademarked anime still and expect Mugpugs to ship it. The official thumbnails already play in that visual space; your job is an original cat, not a lawsuit.
Harriet as a worked example
- Badge name: Freed Harriet.
- Badge text: player cat submitted on Discord.
- Award count at capture: 0, which likely means it is not a freebie join badge. The Welcome to Spin A Catboy badge is the freebie (100% win rate).
- Lesson: community units can exist as badges and as roster entries. Rank Harriet by income when you own her, using the Catboy tier list.
If you pull Harriet, place her. A submission mascot in storage is still D-tier until she sits on a pad. Offline Earnings do not care about her backstory.
After you submit
Keep playing the loop. Watch latest updates and the Mugpugs group shout. If your cat ships, you will see it in packs or in a badge before you see it on a fan wiki. When we can confirm a new name the same way we confirmed Harriet, it will land on the Catboys hub.
Do not pay a middleman who claims they can “rush Mugpugs.” The group is a few thousand members run by BANANAKING7583. There is no verified paid skip.
Codes stay ILOVECATS and RELEASE. There is no SUBMIT code in the description.
Scroll down. Fill the form. Go back to opening Eclipse if you want a Secret. The roster grows on Mugpugs’ clock, not on yours.
